REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTING HND FORM IN RIVERS STATE POLYTECHNIC, BORI

As published earlier on this blog, The Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori has since commenced the sales of its HND and PRE-ND forms for  full-time. You can get the details here. They recently announced the commencement of the sales for the part time as well.  The merit list for ND students both first and second choice list are now on the school's admission notice board.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF HND FORM
The requirements for the submission of the HND forms are as outlined below:

1. National Diploma (ND) result                              2 photocopies
2. O/Level result                                                     2 photocopies
3. Pre-National Diploma (Result if applicable)         2 photocopies
4. Local Government Identification lettern               2 photocopies
5. Birth Certificate/Age declaration                         2 photocopies
6. Academic Transcripts                                         2 photocopies
7. Industrial Training (IT) Letter                              2 photocopies
8. Bank Teller                                                         2 photocopies
9. Receipt (Form)                                                   2 photocopies
10. passport                                                             2 copies

RIVERS STATE POLYTECHNIC HND AND PRE-ND FORMS FOR 2012/2013 ACADEMIC SESSION NOW OUT!!!

The Rivers state polytechnic, Bori has successfully released the HND and PRE-ND forms for the 2012/2013 academic session. According to a statement from the registrar, Paul I Igbara, The form is available at the cost of fifteen thousand naira only (N15,000) and should be paid through the following banks:

1. Eco Bank, Ikwere Road, Port Harcourt
2. Access Bank Plc, Mother cat branch, Port Harcourt
3. Union Bank Plc Bori Branch
4. Fin Bank Plc Bori branch

After purchasing the form, you are expected to proceed to any of the following centers to obtain the application form:

1. Rivers State polytechnic Bori liaison office, produce house, Moscow Road, Port Harcourt
2. Admissions and Registrations unit, Rivers state polytechnic, Bori (Admissions Office)
