On the first of September 2013, ECOBANK informed its numerous customers around the country via sms that it has introduced a new easy to remember toll free number. The message reads in part: "call us for free 24/7 on  0800 ECOBANK (0800 326 2265) for enuiries"
Now you no longer have a credit limitation as reason for not calling your bank if you have any complains or enuiries when you bank with Ecobank!!!

  1. I have called this number countless times and it never goes through and am currently residing in the UK and i have got a Nigerian account but with the communication problem, am so scared that when i run into problems this would fail and cause me into panic.
